New subd project to rise in Balulang

A NEW subdivision project will soon be developed in Barangay Balulang.

This, as the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the Development Plan (DP) of Xavier Estates Phase 6 Ignatius Enclave Phase 2 Subdivision Project.

The approval of the DP is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department and the City Housing Board.

The proposed project covers an area of 59,388 square meters, containing 108 lots (under PD957), as applied for by the A. Brown Company.

The developer was asked to construct the proposed detention pond or filtration pond prior to any earthmoving activities on the project site.

Desilting/declogging of any siltation and eroded materials that may affect a waterway or any residential area that may be caused by said development shall also be the responsibility of the developer.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
