New subd project to rise in Agusan

A new subdivision project will soon rise in Barangay Agusan.

This, as the 20th City Council during its 27th regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Taekwood Crest Subdivision project, as applied for by the A. Brown Company, developer of the subdivision.

The proposed subdivision project covers an area of 76,600 square meters, containing 213 lots.

This is, however, subject to compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department and the City Engineer’s Office.

Upon Development Permit application, the developer is requested to observe hierarchy of roads as per city ordinance and the drainage outfall shall tap any existing functional drainage or existing defined waterway. It shall also specify clearance of its road-right-of-way delineated with technical description and shall form part of the plans for development, as recommended by the city engineer.

The approved PSDP was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
