New socialized housing project to rise in Bayanga

A NEW socialized housing project will rise in Barangay Bayanga.

This, as the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the proposed Forever Homes Bayanga subdivision.

This is subject to conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department and the City Housing Board.

The subdivision covers an area of 111,912 square meters containing 944 lots/units located in Bayanga as applied for by the ProHomes Development Inc, developer of the project.

The CHUDD and City Engineering Office required the developer to indicate the proposed off-site drainage of the subdivision towards the existing or defined functional waterway in the plan, among others.

The PSDP application was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
