New low-cost housing in Bayanga soon

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon be developed in Barangay Bayanga.

This, after the 20th City Council during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the South Cove Homes Socialized Housing Project of A. Brown Company, Inc.

The proposed subdivision project covers an area of 43,843 square meters, containing 405 lots.

The approval of the PSDP is, however, subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development (CHUDD) and the City Engineer’s Office.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBDacer/SP)
