New housing project to rise in Canitoan

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon rise in Barangay Canitoan.

This, as the 19th City Council during its regular session on Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the Development Plan (DP) of Intalio Estates Phase I Subdivision project located in the said barangay.

The subdivision, developed by Wee Comm Magnum Properties, Inc., covers an area of 122,287.75 square meters, containing 643 lots/units (under PD 957).

The DP approval is subject to the condition that the developer will provide a detention pond to accommodate volume of water from the area for development and adjoining catchments prior to any earth moving activities on the project site.

The DP of Intalio Subdivision was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
