A seven-building residential condominium project will rise in Barangay Carmen.
This, after the 19th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the West Woods Storeys of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation.
The proposed residential condominium covers an area of 233,533 square meters, generating seven buildings, containing 1,228 units (under PD957).
Based on the official zoning map of the city as provided for in Ordinance No. 13032-2016, the property is within the Medium Density Residential Zone (R2).
It was learned that the access road to the said project is through San Agustin Avenue subdivision. The developer constructed a wider road at the area to accommodate the number of residents leading to the condominium, The Gavel learned.
The application for PSDP was thoroughly reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
