New condo project to rise in Balulang

Another residential condominium building project will soon rise in Barangay Balulang.

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the Zircon Condominium project, located in the said barangay.

This, however, is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and the City Engineer’s Office (CEO).

The proposed condo to be developed by A. Brown Company, Inc., will be a 14 floor-residential building with an area of 28,974 square meters, containing 363 units.

The ordinance was sponsored by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and on Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
