New condo project to rise at Masterson Avenue, Brgy. Carmen

ANOTHER residential condominium building will soon rise along Masterson Avenue in Barangay Carmen.

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) application for the proposed Masterson Mile North condominium project. However, it is subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Engineers Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Housing Board.

The proposed condominium project covers an area of 11,649 square meters and will generate 1,006 saleable units, as applied for by the Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, developer of the proposed project.

The PSDP application was reviewed and endorsed by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and on Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
