Navona Lumbia subd project renamed

THE Navona Lumbia subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia will now be named as Arvesa Village subdivision.

This, after the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by Presiding Officer Pro Tempero Councilor Romeo V. Calizo, amended the ordinance approving the application of Johndorf Ventures Corporation for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of the said subdivision which covers an area of 40,000 square meters, containing 310 lots/units.

The developer intended to change the name of the subdivision to avoid confusion among residents since there is an existing subdivision also named Navona Subdivision in Lumbia developed by Johndorf.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBDacer/SP)
