Nacaya, Esparcia named members of Committee on Cooperatives

Councilors Ian Mark Q. Nacaya and Malvern A. Esparcia are now members of the City Council committee on Cooperatives chaired by Councilor Imee Rose P. Moreno.

This, after the City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez adopted a resolution electing them as additional members, and amending the composition of its membership.

The committee on cooperatives is tasked to study, investigate and report directly and principally relating to cooperative movements and organizations, financing assistance programs, incentives and matters that promote cooperative development to urban and rural areas including livelihood programs.

Councilor Moreno was the proponent of the aforesaid resolution.
