Nacaya cmte to review application of NGO for LSB accreditation

THE City Council committee on planning, innovation and development, chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, is set to take up the application of Mabuhay Lumbia Residence Association, Inc. for accreditation by the City Council in the Local Special Bodies (LSB).

In a letter dated February 14, 2022, Ramir Balquin, OIC of the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), said the applicant has complied with administrative requirements and is qualified for endorsement to the City Council.

The association, with 150 households/members, is duly registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission with office address at Sitio Mabuhay, Lumbia.

It was learned that the lawful owners of the subject land have formally expressed their willingness to sell and transfer the ownership and title of the property to the present occupants.
