Moreno calls for DILG recommendation on Higalaay food park establishment

DURING the 87th regular session of the 20th City Council, Councilor Imee Rose Moreno recommended consulting the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) about the proposed establishment of the Higalaay Food Park on the Rio de Oro Boulevard.

Moreno emphasized the importance of following proper procedures since the boulevard is government-owned and the proposed food park is an income-generating activity.
