Memorial project to rise in Puerto

A NEW memorial project will soon be developed in Barangay Puerto.

This, after the 19th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the development plan of the Golden Haven Memorial Park in Barangay Puerto.

The proposed project covers an area of 35,205 square meters, containing 87,069 lots and 109 family estates, as applied for by City Golden Bria Holding, Inc.

The City Engineer’s Office, however, recommended that the developer review the layout as to the sizes of drainage lines and to conform with drainage design analysis.

The developer is also required to secure operational clearances from the Department of Health (DOH-10) and the National Water Resources Board (NWRB), among others.

The DP was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
