Land use rezoning of properties along Masterson Ave OKd

THE 19th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance rezoning the land use of the site of the Pueblo de Oro Business Park and the Masterson Mile North located along Masterson Avenue, Barangay Carmen.

The legislative body approved the rezoning of the land use of the 256,620 square meter-property from Medium Density Commercial Zone (C-2 Zone) to High-Density Commercial Zone (C-3 Zone).

This was endorsed by the City Planning and Development Office with the information that the properties are located within the business center of real estate investment, commercial establishment and presence of shopping mall investors in the new growth expansion area of the west-uptown development in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the city, among others.

The legislation was reviewed and favorably endorsed to the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
