Just payments to property owners affected by Tablon road project okayed

THE 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, enacted an ordinance appropriating funds for the full just compensation payment of buildings that will be affected by the 10.00-meter-wide proposed road project from the national highway towards Tablon Infirmary in Barangay Tablon.

The said payment is due to the re-assessment of the affected improvements by the City Appraisal Committee.

The ordinance was reviewed and endorsed by the Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations chaired by Councilor Yan Lam S. Lim and the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate, and on Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
