Health Committee to review MOA renewal with OCD-10
THE City Council Committee on Health, Nutrition, and Health Insurance, led by Councilor Maria Lourdes S. Gaane, will discuss the renewal of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the JR Borja General Hospital (JRBGH), and the Office of Civil Defense (OCD-10) for the provision of medical and psychological services for OCD personnel.
According to the MOA, OCD will refer its officers and employees needing these services to JRBGH, with payments to be made directly by the OCD personnel to the city.
The agreement is valid for one year, with the option of renewal if either party provides written notice at least one month before expiration, The Gavel learned.
