Goking thanks DTI for release of SRP for Noche Buena staples

COUNCILOR George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce, thanked the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for its fast action and for the release of the Suggested Retail Prices (SRP) of Noche Buena staples for the information and guidance of consumers in light of the Christmas season.

Councilor Goking stressed that this move is beneficial to every family and home as they celebrate Christmas and New year.

This will lead to a little bit bigger purchasing power of their intended budget, he cited.

We need everyone to understand and work together to have a peaceful and happy Christmas celebration and the coming new year after the difficulties brought about by the pandemic.
