Goking supports Fiesta sa Kaumahan

CITY Councilor George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce, yesterday visited Gaston Park where Fiesta sa Kaumahan is being held. The said activity is in connection with the Feast of Saint Augustine which is celebrated every 28th day of August in Cagayan de Oro.

The Fiesta sa Kaumahan is being participated by the city’s 80 barangays. It showcases farm products from different barangays, garden shows, landscaping and different kinds of flowers.

Councilor Goking said that the activity should be supported as it will boost the livelihood of city residents.

He is however reminding the public to continue to observe social distancing especially since Covid-19 cases continue to rise. (SP/APDelgra)
