Goking sees more investments for CdeO City Council

Councilor George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce, wished Kagay-anons and the city’s Chinese community “Kung Hei Fat Choi” in connection with the celebration of the Chinese New Year 2023, even as he expects more investments and profitable business to come in the city.

Councilor Goking expressed hopes that more business establishments will grow this year, adding that economic recovery will be faster the moment more investors and businesses will come to the city.

He even asked the cooperation of government agencies and offices concerned, requesting them to assist investors and businesses in their needs for documents for their permits and operations.

The investors will be inspired to put up their business here if they feel convenient in obtaining permits for their operations, Goking said.

It is necessary to implement the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) law, he added.
