Goking optimistic of economic recovery in Oro

COUNCILOR George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on ways and means, said he is confident of quick economic recovery in Cagayan de Oro City.

The councilor pointed out that giving more benefits and comfort to investors and businessmen in acquiring permits will encourage them to pour in their investments to the city. This will lead to more job opportunities, livelihood and better lives for the people, he cited.

Councilor Goking assured that his committees will find ways to fund existing projects on health, education, infrastructure, peace and order, and the protection of the environment for a more progressive city.
