Goking congratulates new 4ID commander

Councilor George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce, attended the Change of Command and Retirement Ceremony at 4ID Grandstand, Patag.

During the occasion, the councilor congratulated MGen Wilbur Mamawag and MGen Jose Cuerpo II for their services rendered in keeping the safety and security of the city and the whole country.

It was learned that one of the recipients of a Plaque of Appreciation was George Christopher Goking, son of Councilor Goking for being one of the Outstanding Stakeholders of the 4th Installation Management Battalion, Installation of Management Command (Provincial) Philippine.

The award was given for his sustained commitment to provide unequivocal support for the accomplishment of the unit’s mission during the change of command.

Councilor Goking also congratulates LTGen Romeo S. Brawner Jr PA who was installed as the commander of the 4th Infantry Division, even as he hopes for more progress and development in maintaining peace and security.
