Goking cmte tackles updates on availability of essential medicines

CITY COUNCILOR George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce during a meeting yesterday tackled updates on the supply of essential medicines in the city.

According to representatives of drugstores and pharmacies, there is nothing to worry about as paracetamol is already available.

Councilor Goking however said he needs validated reports from concerned agencies to assure the public that there are enough supplies.

He said he is thankful for the update but said he will personally be visiting pharmacies to check on the availability of these medicines.
