Goking calls for preparedness vs calamities

COUNCILOR George S. Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce, urges the public and the business sector to be prepared for calamities and fortuitous events that might happen.

This upon noting PAGASA reports regarding storms that will hit the country.

He said that the city is prone to flooding and this will affect businesses and employees going to work and back home.

He added that even if the CRRMD is ready, it still needs the cooperation of all.

Councilor Goking suggests that if possible workers and employees be provided with transportation facilities. We should always take preventive measures, he cited.
