Goking bats for implementation of projects through public-private partnership

AS chairman on the City Council committee on trade and commerce, Councilor George s. Goking is now working for the city’s economic recovery through the implementation of the public-private partnership for the people’s initiative for local governments (P4).

it can be recalled that the councilor is one of the authors of Ordinance No. 13457-2018, providing for the city code pursuing a public-private partnership for the people’s initiative for local governments (P4) approach towards development. The ordinance also provides the procedure for selecting a private sector proponent.

Councilor Goking said that while the city is recovering from economic problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, some pending projects can be financed by interested private companies.

He expresses hopes that with the cooperation of everyone, the city will be able to recover faster.
