FICCOVILLE subdivision to rise in Lumbia

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon rise in the City’s uptown area.

The 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the FICCOVILLE-IV subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.

The proposed subdivision covers an area of 81,279 square meters, containing 253 socialized lots and 344 economic lots.

The PSDP ordinance was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
