Emano grateful for peaceful All Saints Day, All Souls Day observance

CITY Councilor Yevonna Yacine B. Emano expressed gratitude for the peaceful observance of All Saints Day and All Souls Day this past weekend, with special commendation to the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) and Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) personnel in maintaining peace and order during the occasion.

In an interview with The Gavel, Councilor Emano took the opportunity to thank the dedicated efforts of the COCPO and RTA personnel.

“I would like to extend my gratitude to our police enforcers and RTA personnel for their tireless work in ensuring our safety and in managing traffic flow during the observance. Their presence provided us a sense of security,” said Councilor Emano.

Councilor Emano also praised the city’s residents for their cooperation in ensuring a peaceful observance of the All Souls Day.

“I want to thank everyone in our community for coming together to honor our loved ones with dignity,” the lady councilor added.

“We pause to remember and honor the saints and our dearly departed loved ones. Their faith, kindness, and strength continue to inspire us each day. May their memories bring us comfort, and may we strive to follow their example of compassion and love”, Councilor Emano concluded.
