DPWH completes 40 Oro infra projects for 2022
THE Department of Public Works and Highways-10 (DPWH) 2nd District Engineering Office recently reported to the Office of the City Council under Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez the completion of 40 key infrastructure projects (Regular and Local Infrastructure Projects) for Calendar Year 2022.
These include, among others, the following: Preventive Maintenance of Road: Asphalt Overlay along Cugman By-Pass Road; Retrofitting/Strengthening of Umalag Bridge 1 and Agusan Bridge 1 along Butuan City-Cagayan de Oro-Iligan City Road; Construction of Road at Barangays Bugo, Indahag, Balubal, Tablon, and Macasandig; Off-Carriageway Improvement: Construction of Sidewalk along Sayre Highway; Construction of Road with Drainage at Barangays Agusan and Indahag; Upgrading of Drainage Structure along Butuan City-Cagayan de Oro City-Iligan City Road; Reconstruction of Concrete Pavement along Junction National Highway-Camp Alagar Road and CDO Port Road; Construction of Drainage Structure along Butuan City-Cagayan de Oro City-Iligan City Road; Upgrading of Drainage Structure along Corrales Extension Street to Port Road; Construction of Drainage in Barangays No. 28, Cugman, Consolacion, Camaman-an, and Lapasan; Construction of Slope Protection in Barangay Bugo; Construction of Multi-Purpose Building in Barangays No. 1, Consolacion, Lapasan, Agusan, Macabalan, and Cugman, and in the Capitol Compound; Construction of Bridge in Barangays FS Catanico and Cugman; and Construction of Road Pathway in Barangays Bugo, Indahag, Macasandig, Balubal, Tablon, and Camaman-an.
The submission of the Status Report by the DPWH-10 to the Office of the City Council and the Committee on Public Works is in furtherance of the partnership between the City Government and implementing national agencies.
