DOH-CHD NM to donate land ambulance for JRBGH use

THE Department of Health-Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) Northern Mindanao will be donating a land ambulance to the city government to be used at the J.R. Borja General Hospital.

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez authorized Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the Deed of Donation executed by the Department of Health (DOH) covering the offer.

The DOH donated the ambulance to the city as its partner in implementing health programs and in delivering quality health services to constituents.

The ambulance will contribute to the functionality of the health system of the city.

The committees on health and health insurance and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Maria Lourdes S. Gaane and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya sponsored the ordinance. (SP/JBDacer)
