Divine Shepherd Memorial Garden expansion okayed
ADDITIONAL garden plots will soon be developed at the Divine Shepherd Memorial Gardens in Barangay Bulua.
This, as the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Development Permit (DP) for the proposed expansion which covers an area of 2,702 square meters, containing 560 plots, as applied for by Divine Shepherd Memorial Gardens, Inc.
However, the approval of DP is subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office, City Housing Board, and City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).
The legislation was sponsored by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
