Deed of usufruct for Indahag CDC, Super Health Center okayed
THE Barangay Council of Indahag may now utilize the city-owned property for proposed the Child Development Center and Super Health Center for their community.
This, after the 20th City Council during the 105th regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez enacted an ordinance authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the deed of usufruct with Indahag represented by its Punong Barangay Marlon Fidel D. Bongay. Jr. covering the use of the property for the purpose.
Under the usufruct agreement, the parties must ensure easy access to the health services that provide primary care to the residents of Barangay Indahag and help decongest the hospital since most residents can already avail of the primary care in the said public centers.
The legislation was favorably endorsed by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate, on Health, Nutrition, and Health Insurance, and on Laws and Rules respectively chaired by Councilors Maria Lourdes S. Gaane and Edgar S. Cabanlas.
