Dads okay Alteration of Plan of Navona Lumbia subdivision

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez approved the Alteration of Plan of Navona Lumbia Subdivision Project located in Barangay Lumbia.

The Johndorf Ventures Corporation, developer of the subdivision, applied for alteration of the lot particularly Block 1 which includes Lot Nos. 1, 15, 63, 134, and 135, Block 7 (Lot 1), road lots 1 and 2, with an affected area of 1,471 square meters.

This is due to the construction of an additional access road and road widening at the subdivision’s main entrance. The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
