Dads Ok DP, PSDP of two subd projects

THE 20th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez enacted separate ordinances approving the Development Permit (DP) and Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of two subdivision projects. Legislators approved the DP of Tignapoloan Socialized Housing Project (on-site resettlement), as applied for by the city government. The housing project covers an area of 11,156 square meters containing 120 lots, located in Barangay Tignapoloan. The City Council, likewise, approved the PSDP of Skyline Residences Subdivision Project, as applied for by A. Brown Company, Inc., developer of the subdivision. However, the approval are subject to compliance with the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department and City Engineer’s Office. The ordinances were reviewed and favorably endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
