Dads OK DP of socialized housing project in Lumbia
ANOTHER socialized subdivision project will soon rise in Barangay Lumbia.
This, after the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the Development Plan (DP) of the Grandville Homeowners Association Subdivision project.
The proposed subdivision project covers an area of 1.6730 hectares, containing 144 lots/units under BP220 (socialized housing project), as applied for by the Grandville Homeowners Association.
This, however, is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Housing Board, City Engineering Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).
The developer is required to consider dissilting/declogging of any siltation or eroded materials that may affect the waterway or a residential area as may be caused by said development.
It shall also consider the construction of a detention pond and infiltration tank prior to any earthmoving activities in the project.
The DP was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
