Dads OK DP of Golden Haven Memorial Park Phase III project

THE expansion of the Golden Haven Memorial Park in Barangay Bulua is in the offing.

This, after the 20th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez approved the Development Plan (DP) of Phase III of the memorial park, as applied for by the Golden Bria Holdings, Incorporated.

The proposed project covers an area of 10,922 square meters, containing 2,140 plots/lawn lots (under PD 1216 and PD 1096).

This, however, is subject to compliance with the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer’s Office and City Housing Board.

These include the construction of the infiltration pond before any earthmoving activity on the project site and the desilting/declogging of siltation and eroded materials that may affect the waterway of any residential area that may be caused by said development.

The legislation was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya. (SP/JBDacer)
