Dads give hats off to Nacaya for garnering highest academic achievement

WITH pride, the City Council of Cagayan de Oro headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted a resolution congratulating Majority Floor Leader Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for completing his doctorate degree.

Nacaya recently finished his Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA) from Xavier University. He completed his Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree from the same university.

Councilor Edgar Cabanlas said Nacaya garnered the highest academic achievement from a prestigious university giving honor not only to the city council but also to the people of Cagayan de Oro City.

Councilor Nacaya rose from being a student leader, youth leader as the SK Federation president, barangay official, and president of the Liga ng Mga Barangay to one of the active and dynamic members of the legislative body.
