Dads commend honest laborers
THROUGH separate resolutions, the City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy commended two laborers of the Cogon Public Market for proving that despite the difficulties brought about by the pandemic, honesty is still alive and well in the city.
Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya, proponent of the resolutions, said Jammel Sarip returned a lost wallet with cash, identification cards, and important documents to its rightful owner last January 15.
The next day, Cesar Cutamora also returned a lost wallet, IDs, medicines and documents to its owner.
Legislators are thanking the laborers for their remarkable honesty.
