Dads accredit two NGOs with LSB

THE 20th City Council on its regular session yesterday adopted a resolution accrediting the Senior Sto. Nino Farmers Association, Inc. for purposes of its membership with the Local Special Bodies, pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-083 and Article 64, Rule XIII of the Rules and Regulations Implementing the 1991 Local Government Code or funding its project from the city or other sources as required under the COA circular pertinent thereto.


With office address at Purok 4-B Sto. Nino Village, Gusa, the association was organized on November 13, 2022, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and accredited with the City Agriculture Office.

It seeks to help and assist members in their livelihood project and encourage mutual assistance and support among members during sickness, death, and other emergencies.


Likewise adopted was a resolution accrediting the Km. 8 Indigenous People Developing Livelihood Association, Inc. with office address at KM. 8, Airport Road in Barangay Lumbia and with a total of 93 registered members.


The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on planning, research, and innovation and on people’s organization accreditation chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya and on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
