Dads accredit technical school in LSB

ACCREDITATION on non-government organizations in the city’s Local Special Bodies (LSB) continues.

The 19th City Council during its regular session today, November 29, presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted a resolution accrediting the Bright Horizons Caregiver Training Hub and Technical School for purposes of its membership in the LSB.

This is pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-72 and Article 64, Rule XIII of the Rules and Regulations Implementing the 1991 Local Government Code.

As a member of the LSB, NGOs can fund their projects from the city or other sources as required under the pertinent circular of the Commission on Audit (COA).

The application for accreditation was endorsed by the City Planning and Development Office after finding that it has complied with all administrative requirements.

It was also reviewed and endorsed by the committees on education and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Suzette Magtajas-Daba and Ian Mark Nacaya.
