It also seeks to train its members for future leadership and develop their skills and potentials and tap and consolidate the organized strength of the group towards enhancing their capacity to work for their rights and welfare.

It shall likewise aim to undertake a resource generation campaign that can provide support to the group, as well as create, promote, support various programs, projects, and mechanisms that will uplift the condition of its members, especially those belonging to the marginalized group of the community.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on planning, research and innovation and people’s organization accreditation and on laws and rules chaired respectively by Councilors Ian Mark Q. Nacaya and Edgar S. Cabanlas.
