Dads accredit Habitat Unity in LSB

THE 20th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez adopted a resolution accrediting the Habitat Unity for Humanity Resettlement Phase 1 Homeowners Association, Inc., for purposes of its membership in the local special bodies.

This is pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-083 and Article 64, Rule X111 of the Rules and Regulations Implementing the 1991 Local Government Code or funding its project from the City or other sources as required under a pertinent COA circular.

The association was organized on June 8, 2016, with office address at Phase 1 Block 8 Lot 12 Zone 5 Calaanan, Canitoan.

It aims to facilitate the delivery of adequate social services and economic advantages for the association to improve the quality of life and well-being of its members, The Gavel learned.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on planning, research and innovation and people’s organization accreditation and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
