Condo project in Kauswagan to rise soon

ANOTHER condominium project will soon rise in the city. This, after the 20th City Council during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the Intalio Flats Primea-Phase I condominium project, located in Barangay Kauswagan. The residential condominium project has an area of 8,777 square meters, containing 613 sealable units, as applied for by Magna Homes Inc., developer of the condominium project.

This, however, is subject to compliance with the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office and City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD). The ordinance was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBDacer/SP)
