Commercial, residential project to be developed in Brgy Lumbia
A commercial and residential project will soon be developed at Upper Palalan in Barangay Lumbia.
This, after the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the proposed project, as applied for by the Liberty Land Corporation, developer of the project.
However, the proposed project is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Housing Board, City Housing and Urban Development Department and City Engineer’s Office.
The developer is requested that the subdivision scheme shall not be altered other than what is applied to, except when prior clearance from the city government is secured, to plant trees in the areas designated as parks and playground areas, community facilities and encourage homeowners to plant trees within its yard in connection with the greening program of the city.
The legislation was sponsored by Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
