City Council oks usufruct pact for Kauswagan Super Health Center

THE 20th City Council, during its regular session on Monday, enacted an ordinance authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to enter into and sign a Deed of Usufruct with Barangay Kauswagan for the lots intended as sites of the proposed Kauswagan Super Health Center and a public facility.

The usufruct term is for twenty-five (25) years, renewable upon mutual agreement, contingent on the properties being used for the proposed public facilities. Any deviation from this condition will allow the City to terminate the agreement and reclaim the properties.

The ordinance, certified as urgent by City Mayor Uy, was unanimously approved by the City Council members.
