Change of condo to residential project of Ignatius Enclave Phase 2 ok’d

Developer A. Brown Company, Inc. can now change its subdivision plan from a walk-up condominium to a residential house and lot of its subdivision project Xavier Estate Phase 6 – Ignatius Enclave Phase 2 subdivision located in Barangay Balulang.

This, as the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the alteration of plan of the said subdivision project, particularly Block 8 (Lots 16 to 21), Block 9 (Lots 22 to 23), Block 10 (Lot 24), Block 11 (Lots 1 to 12) and Block 12 (Lots 1 to 3).

The total affected area to be altered covers 4,263 square meters.

The application for alteration of plan was reviewed and favorably endorsed by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
