Cabanlas to review alteration of plans of subdivision projects

The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas will be reviewing the application for alteration of plan of the developer of subdivision projects particularly in Barangays Balulang and Consolacion.

The A. Brown Company Incorporated, developer of Terraces in Xavier Estates subdivision project in Balulang, applied for an alteration of plan due to the construction of Balulang–Macasandig Access Road Project of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

The road project will be affecting the portion of its saleable and commercial lots with a total area of 21,905 square meters.

The committee will likewise review the application of CD Corporation for an alteration of plan of its subdivision project in Barangay Consolacion.

The subdivision project was affected by the CDO Flood Mitigation Project of DPWH with a total affected area of 23,957 square meters, containing approximately 36 saleable lots, including two road lots and an open space. The developer expressed its intention to develop the area into a high quality commercial area.
