Cabanlas to lead inspection of Golden Haven Memorial Park III tomorrow

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, will lead the ocular inspection tomorrow, July 27, 2022 at 9:00 o’clock in morning at the Golden Haven Memorial Park CDO Phase III located in Barangay Bulua.

This is in response to the application of Golden Bria Holdings Incorporated, developer, for Development Permit (DP) of the proposed project.

Phase III of the memorial park covers an area of 10,922 square meters, containing 2,140 plots under PD 1216 and PD 1096.

It may be recalled that the 19th City Council approved its Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP).

Councilor Cabanlas has invited Atty. Joeffrey Namalata of City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), Engr. Jenito Asequia of the City Engineer’s Office, and the developer, to join the inspection and to check the actual site.
