Cabanlas to inspect subd project in Kauswagan

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas will conduct an ocular inspection of a subdivision project in Barangay Kauswagan.

This was agreed during the meeting yesterday in response to the application for alteration of plan of Escalicas Land OPC, which involves the consolidation of 20 lots into one lot, and the conversion of the townhouse project into a four-storey residential condominium project.

During the meeting, a representative of the developer said there is an approved townhouse project. However, to maximize the area, the developer has decided to apply for its alteration.

Councilor Cabanlas said the committee will consider the application based on its original land use. The proposed condominium project is another application, he explained.

The representative assured that the application for the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the proposed condo project will be pursued once the application for alteration is approved.

The committee will inspect the subdivision project on March 30, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock in the morning with representatives of the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Housing Board, and City Engineer’s Office.
