Cabanlas to inspect land sought to be reclassified

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, will lead the ocular inspection of a property in Barangay Baikingon sought to be reclassified.

This was agreed during the committee’s recent meeting in response to the request of T.S. Baikingon Corporation that the zoning and land use classification of the corporation’s property be reclassified from “Agricultural” to “Residential” under the city’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

Councilor Cabanlas said the committee will conduct the inspection to personally check the actual site.

The committee will invite representatives of the City Planning and Development Office, City Engineer’s Office, City Assessor’s Office, Agricultural Productivity Office, and City Legal Office to join the inspection on November 10, 2022 at 9:00AM.
