Cabanlas leads ocular inspection of proposed subd project in Balulang

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate, led the ocular inspection at the site of the proposed subdivision project in Upper Barangay Balulang last Friday, August 16, 2024,.

This is in view of the application for Development Permit (DP) of Skyline Residences by its developer, A. Brown Company, Inc., covering an area of 34,696 square meters and containing 47 lots.

Councilor Cabanlas, along with Councilor Roger G. Abaday, technical team from City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer’s Office, and representatives of the developer, checked the area which is currently zoned for residential development.

During the inspection, Cabanlas emphasized the importance of ensuring that the project meets housing needs, citing that the developer should comply with the required size of the road and most especially the drainage system.

After thorough verification, Cabanlas endorsed the application to the Committee on Laws and Rules for appropriate action.
