Cabanlas leads inspection of proposed Macasandig mini-market

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, led the ocular inspection Wednesday in Barangay Macasandig for the proposed mini market project located at Sitio Tibasak within the Balangay Pangandoy area.

During the inspection, it was learned that some workers of Equi Parco Construction Company, contractor of the bridge and mega dike project of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-10), are temporarily occupying the area.

Councilor Cabanlas requested the City Engineer’s Office to conduct survey including the residential houses to determine the actual size of the area.

Meanwhile, the committee also inspected the proposed condominium project in the same barangay.

This is in view of the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of AZ Development Corporation for its two eight-storey condominium, containing an area of 3,502 square meters.

The inspection was joined by the representatives of City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), Barangay Council of Macasandig, and the developer of condominium project. (JBDacer/SP)
